Have been med free the whole time. (Well, I had to add an SSRI this last December and use Ambien some days out of the month, probably due to magnesium deficiency), but I took nothing to temper the side effects. I hate steroids and have always had a hard time coming off of them, and with no other medications to try, I didn't want to have the experience of not being able to taper, if the worms didn't work... Nope. Have been med free the whole time.
