		<description>i&#039;m sorry you&#039;re having such trouble with anxiety and insomnia.  my worst bouts are completely attributable to prednisone, and i&#039;m able to control it with benadryl/oxycodone (depending on what the situation calls for!).  it&#039;s interesting that it tends to happen with you during PMS week, when estrogen peaks... maybe your baseline anxiety from Crohn&#039;s and hormone cycle collide and are additive during weeks like this   :(  hope things improve.</description>

		<description>It occurs to me that serotonin interacts with the digestive system in weird ways. I&#039;ve heard that one of the main effects of serotonin syndrom (overabundance of serotonin usually caused by prescription or recreational drugs) is really bad diarrhea. You might want to see what other sorts of antidepressants are available. I&#039;m glad the benadryl helped - I swear by that stuff for insomnia.</description>
